Doris L. Pratt of Chelsea, age 94, went to be with the Lord January 5, 2024 surrounded by her loving family.
She was born June 9, 1929 in Chelsea, Michigan the daughter of Clarence and Louise Trinkle. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 64 years Ellis Pratt; parents; brothers, Robert, Loren and Ralph Trinkle and sister, Eve Wheeler.
Doris is survived by her loving children, Bruce (Linda) Pratt of Chelsea, MI, David (Erin) Pratt of Birmingham, MI and Luann (Loren) Heller of Chelsea, MI; grandchildren, 6 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Doris was a farm wife and enjoyed, gardening, cooking and making pretzels. She was a life member of St. John’s United Church of Christ, Chelsea where she participated in church functions. She worked at Goodyear Department Store in Ann Arbor and retired from Farm Credit Services.
