Project Description: Conceptual Plan review for an Open Space Preservation Development (OSPD) project that would include 10 clustered single-family residence on the existing 21.92-acre site at 5601 Conway Road. The proposed OSPD includes 10 lots ranging from 13,758 square feet to 29,321 square feet and would preserve 14.08 acres of property in perpetuity for farming, natural open space, or park land.

The public may only speak during the public hearing and during public comment by being physically present at the meeting. Such comments will be limited to three minutes per person for each item. Written comments may also be sent to the township offices at 18027 Old US 12, Chelsea, Michigan 48118-9673 prior to the public hearing will also be received by the Planning Commission at the meeting before close of the public hearing.
This notice is posted in compliance with the Open Meetings Act, Public Act 267 of 1976, as amended, (MCL 41.72a(2)(3)) and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
The Planning Commission will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audio tapes of printed materials being considered at the meeting, to individuals with disabilities at the meeting or public hearing upon four (4) days notice to the Sylvan Zoning Administrator.
