SYNOPSIS OF NOVEMBER 2023 BOARD MEETING MINUTES

LYNDON TOWNSHIP – 17751 N. Territorial Road, Chelsea, MI 48118. Summary of Minutes, November 14, 2023—Meeting called to order at 7:00 PM. During Public Comment, residents spoke to various issues. Items Approved: Agenda; Consent Agenda; Clerk will fill in as Acting Board Chair in Absence of Supervisor, and if Clerk is unable to fill in, then it will be the Treasurer; the Recommendation from the Planning Commission; Reappoint Jean Wolter as Representative to the ZBA for the term January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024 (1 year); reappoint Tom Byrne and Robert Mester as Representatives and Patricia Phillips as Alternate to the ZBA for the term January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2026 (3 years); the Budget Amendment to decrease 101-000-001-000 Cash – General Account $1,750.00 and increase 101-262-726-000 Election Primary Maintenance $1,750.00. Reports were given. The meeting adjourned at 8:35 PM.
