SYLVAN TOWNSHIP

NOTICE OF PUBLIC ACCURACY TEST OF VOTING EQUIPMENT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public accuracy test of voting

equipment, including the Voter Assist Terminal machine, for the

February 27, 2024 Presidential Primary Election will be conducted

on Thursday February 15, 2024, at 10:00 a.m.

at the Sylvan township Hall, 18027 Old US 12, Chelsea, MI 48118.

This public accuracy test is conducted to demonstrate that the

program and computer equipment used for the February 27, 2024

Presidential Primary Election will accurately count the votes cast

for all questions, in accordance with MCL 168.798(1).

Interested members of the public are invited to observe this

Public Accuracy Test. Sylvan Township Hall is handicap accessible.
