MEETING SYNOPSIS – December 12, 2023 REGULAR MEETING
Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. Members present: Nimke, Branham; members absent: Koseck, Schultze. Members absent: Kennedy. Consent agenda approved. Meeting agenda, as amended, approved. The Board took action to: approve November 14, 2023 Regular meeting minutes, approve November 14, 2023 and November 30, 2024 Special meeting minutes; approve accounts payable, approve an Ethics Policy; approve purchase of new office computers; approve bid for water reliability study from Infrastructure Alternative; approve AT&T Metro Act Right of Way Permit; purchase of new security camera system; approve new security camera policy ADM 165, approve sharing cost with the City if Chelsea water study. The Board tabled/removed the following agenda items: Land Development Standards Update; Update Sewer and Water Ordinances; Project Manager; Office Manager.

MEETING SYNOPSIS – January 9, 2024 REGULAR MEETING
Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. All members present. Consent agenda approved. Meeting agenda, as amended, approved. The Board added to the agenda: Consideration of Green Burials; Zoning Board of Appeals recommendation for amendment to mechanical equipment ordinance; amendment to fee schedule for Open Space development Option ordinance. The Board took action to: approve adding green burials to the Policy ADM 60; Zoning Board of Appeals recommendations to request Planning Commission to review amendment to mechanical structure ordinance; Terrorism Insurance Coverage rider on insurance policy; appoint Trustee Kurt Koseck as Alternate to the Chelsea Area Construction Agency Board; amend Ethics and Conduct Language Policy The Board tabled/removed the following agenda items: Sylvan Township culvert locations consideration for the Washtenaw County Water Resources Grant; removal of old security camera system Meeting adjourned at 9:21 p.m.
MEETING SYNOPSIS – JANUARY 12, 2024 SPECIAL MEETING
Meeting called to order at 9:00 a.m. All members present. The Board took action to: apply for Washtenaw County Water Resources Grant for 3 culverts; approve boiler inspection. Meeting adjourned at 9:25 a.m.
