SYNOPSIS OF JANUARY 2024 BOARD MEETING MINUTES

LYNDON TOWNSHIP – 17751 N. Territorial Road, Chelsea, MI 48118. Summary of Minutes, January 9, 2024—Meeting called to order at 7:00 PM. During Public Comment, a resident spoke about the Township. Items Approved: Agenda; Consent Agenda; Bills. The Supervisor briefly discussed correspondence. Items Approved: Move forward with a contract and resolution between Lyndon Township and Washtenaw Urban County at the February Township Board meeting; Adopt Resolution No. 24-01 to Allow Local Residents to Protest in Writing to the 2024 Board of Review; Adopt Resolution 24-02 Township of Lyndon Poverty Exemption Guidelines Exemption; Increase Office Supplies (ASSESSOR) $1,000 and Decrease General Cash Account $1,000; Go ahead and pursue How to Assess, Manage and Preserve Your Land Preservation, host this program preferably January 2025 or later, set up an agreeable time, and work on the logistics. Reports were given. The meeting adjourned at 8:40 PM.
