PUBLIC HEARING, APRIL 16, 2024 AT 7:00 PM

Location: 1292 Sugarloaf Lake Road

Parcel ID: TID E-05-32-325-010 and 011 (recently approved for a lot merger)

Request: Variance application (ZBA 24-002) to consider variances to allow the construction of a new second story addition that will encroach into the front yard and water setbacks and a new first floor addition to encroach into the front yard and water setbacks. The new second story addition will be approximately 41 feet from the shoreline of Sugarloaf Lake where 60 feet is required by the code (section 7.04) and will be approximately 7.7 feet from the front property line where 25 feet is required by the code (section 7.05). The new two-story addition north of the existing structure will be approximately 19.7 feet from the front property line and approximately 53 feet from the shoreline. The existing structure currently is 41 feet from the shoreline and 7.7 feet from the front property line.
