Sharon Twp: Notice of Public Hearing for April 28

The Zoning Board of Appeals of Sharon Township will hold a public hearing on a zoning variance request for setbacks for relocating a One-Room Schoolhouse at 20830 E. Pleasant Lake Rd., Manchester, MI 48158. The maximum variance request is for a 66-foot setback on the front (Sharon Township Zoning Ordinance setback requirement is 50 feet), and a 14-foot setback on the side of the property.
