ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS

ORDINANCE NO. 08-11

At a regular meeting of the Township Board of Webster Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan, held at the Webster Township Hall on June 21, 2022, at 7:00 p.m.

An Ordinance to amend the Webster Township Zoning Ordinance to repeal any ordinances or parts of ordinances or resolutions in conflict with this Ordinance.

Webster Township, Washtenaw County, Ordains:

An Ordinance to amend the Webster Township Zoning Ordinance to update definitions and duties for Zoning Administrator and Zoning Enforcement Officer.

Amendment to Article 1, Section 2.10:

Amendment to Article 3, Section 3.30

A true copy of said resolutions and amended ordinances can be inspected and/or obtained at the Webster Township Hall at 5665 Webster Church Road, Dexter, MI. 48130, during regular office hours or viewed online at www.webster.us

Effective Date: This Ordinance shall take effect seven (7) days after publication of a notice of adoption unless referendum procedures are initiated under MCL 125.3402. If referendum procedures are initiated, this Ordinance will take effect in accordance with MCL 125.3402.
