SCIO TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES

SYNOPSIS AUGUST 23, 2022

The meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm by Supr. Hathaway at 827 N. Zeeb Road.

Present: Hathaway, Flintoft, Knol, Palmer, McLaughlin, Jerome

Approved the payment of claims presented and accepted the previous check run report.

Approved the minutes of Special Meeting of August 9, 2022 as submitted.

Approved the minutes of Regular Meeting of August 9, 2022 as submitted.

Approved the amendment to the water tower lease and memorandum of lease with AT&T for up to 25 additional years.

Authorized the lease of Township’s 9.5 acres on Wagner Road to Vestergaard Farms.

Appointed Trustee Alec Jerome as the BOT rep to the LPC for an appointment term of one year with the possibility of renewal, but no longer than his term of office as Trustee.

Accepted the proposal by OHM for engineering and construction inspection services for the Liberty Water Main Project Phases II and III.

Awarded a Notice to Proceed to Pamar Enterprises, Inc. for construction of the Liberty Water Main project Phases II and III for a price of $920,451.80.
