SYNOPSIS NOVEMBER 1, 2022

Meeting called to order at 7:00 pm by Supervisor Hathaway.

Present: Hathaway, Flintoft, Palmer, McLaughlin, Brazeau, Reiser

Absent: Knol

Approved PUD-FSP #19010, Parkland Plaza Senior Living Site Plan Extension until March 29, 2023.

Approved the allocation of Scio Township’s 2022 CDBG funds to the Alpha House facility rehab project and reallocate the Township’s 2021 CDBG funds to the Alpha House project.

Adopted the Resolution Supplementing Terms of Special Assessment Roll for Daleview Drive Paving Special Assessment changing the interest rate from 5% to 3.75%.

Adopted the Resolution regarding Merlin Way SAD with amendments.

Adopted the Resolution Confirming Corrected Special Assessment Roll for Wagner Ridge Court Street Paving SAD with amendments.

Adopted the Resolution Confirming Supplemental Special Assessment Roll for Westview Way/Southwood Court Street Paving SAD with amendments.
