SYNOPSIS OF MEETING MINUTES

March 7, 2023 - Regular Meeting

Meeting called to order at 7:01 p.m. All members present.

Items approved:

1. Minutes of February 7, 2023 Regular Township Board Meeting
2. Minutes of February 28, 2023 Township Board Work Session Meeting
3. Accounts Payable
4. Acceptance of Committee, Board and Department reports
5. Amended meeting agenda
6. Letter of Intent between Sylvan Township and City of Chelsea to negotiate a proposed interconnection of their respective water systems
7. Removed consideration of the addition of an I.T. staff member
8. Changed the regular May, 2023 Board of Trustees meeting from May 2nd to May 9th
9. Updated Sewer Tap Fee Request form
10. Update to Cash Receipting policy
11. Update to Attorney Communication policy
12. Update to Investment policy to add Lake Trust as an approved depository for Township funds

Meeting adjourned at 9:12 pm.
