His Legacy…Peter Paul Greenfield, 86, passed away April 17, 2023. He was born on June 30, 1936, in Pennsylvania, to Kenneth Greenfield and Ada (Britton) Greenfield. Peter married the love of his life, Clessie May Palmer, in October of 1956, in Dexter, Michigan. Peter will be remembered as being a bit rough around the edges but having a heart of gold. He adored his wife Clessie and loved taking care of her. Peter built his own house in Brighton where he raised his family. He enjoyed collecting coins as a hobby. Peter was dearly loved by his family and will be greatly missed.
His Family…Peter will be missed by his children, Michele Greenfield and Paul Greenfield; siblings, Maize Bell, Raleigh Greenfield, Becky Adams; grandchildren, David Greenfield of Brighton, Jacob Greenfield of Toledo, OH, Michael Morrison (Mary Ann) of Arkansas; great-grandchildren, Violet and Christian. He is preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Ada Greenfield; and wife, Clessie May Greenfield.
His Farewell… Peter’s family and friends will gather for a burial and a short ceremony, Monday, April 24, 2023, at 2:30PM, at Pinckney Cemetery.
