SCIO TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES SYNOPSIS MARCH 28, 2023

The meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm by Supr. Hathaway at 827 N. Zeeb Road.

Present: Hathaway, Knol, Kerry, Palmer, Brazeau

Absent: Flintoft, Reiser

Approved minutes of regular meeting of March 14, 2023.

Approved minutes of special meeting of March 21, 2023.

Approved the payment of claims presented and accepted the previous check run report.

Approved the Spring 2023 Township Newsletter.

Approved the exemption for Rebecca Maute from the requirement of Section 22 of the Personnel Handbook regarding PTO rollover.

Approved Four Participation Agreements for Opioid Settlement Funds.

Approved the extension of the service agreement between AAATA and Scio Township for the period of 10/1/22 through 9/30/23 including the annual cost increase to $468,875.

Adopted the amendment Resolution Approving further FY 22-23 Budget Amendments to the FYE 2023 budget resolution as proposed.

Authorized the transfer from General Fund 101, Fund Balance in the amount of $2,021.64 to Park Road SAD in order to close Fund 401by 3/31/23.
