SCIO TOWNSHIP MEETING TO BE HELD AT SCIO TOWNSHIP

827 N ZEEB RD, ANN ARBOR MI 48103

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public meeting of the Scio Township Zoning Board of Appeals will be (held at the Scio Township Hall, 827 N. Zeeb Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan, via zoom,) on Thursday, May 18, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. During this meeting the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold public hearings on the following matters pursuant to the Scio Township Codified Zoning Ordinance of 2009, as amended:

Variance # 23002, RSB Equities LLC, as Marriott Residence Inn, 5411 Jackson Road, H -08-22-300-036, to allow construction of a 47-foot tall four (4) story hotel rather than the maximum 36-foot tall two (2) story building, pursuant to Section 36-75, Schedule of Regulations.

Persons or their duly appointed representative having interest in said applications shall there and then be heard at the above described meetings or adjournment thereof relative to any matters that should come before the Zoning Board of Appeals.

Details concerning the aforementioned matters may be examined by interested persons and written comments will be received, at the Scio Township Offices at 827 N. Zeeb Road during office hours, weekdays, between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. Persons with disabilities are encouraged to participate.
