NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF AMENDMENT TO WEBSTER TOWNSHIP ZONING ORDINANCE (Ordinance No. 08-11)
At a regular meeting of the Township Board of Webster Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan, held at the Webster Township Hall on April 18, 2023 at 7 p.m., the following resolutions were adopted.

Township Board Member Harms moved to adopt the following ordinance, which motion was seconded by Township Board Member Munzel.
YEAS: Harms, Kingsley, Munzel, Scharf, Vrsek, Westman; NAYS: None; ABSENT: Calleja
An Ordinance to replace section 6.10.B., Article 6 of Webster Township Zoning Ordinance in its entirety to modify standards for effect of approval, and to repeal any ordinances or parts of ordinances or resolutions in conflict with this ordinance.
The Township of Webster, Washtenaw County, Michigan Ordains:
Sec. 6.10.B.(5). Effect of approval. Amended in its entirety
Sec. 6.10.B.(6) Extension of approval. New standards added.
Sec. 6.10.B.(6) to (10) renumbered to (7) to (11). No change in text

An Ordinance to replace section 13.165 in article 13 of Webster Township Zoning Ordinance in its entirety to clarify standard, and to repeal any ordinances or parts of ordinances or resolutions in conflict with this ordinance.

Sec.13.165. Swimming Pools, Hot Tubs and Spas. Amended in its entirety

The ordinance shall take effect seven (7) days after publication of notice of adoption of this ordinance, unless referendum procedures are initiated under MCL 125.3402. If referendum procedures are initiated, this ordinance will take effect in accordance with MCL 125.3402.
