SYNOPSIS Webster Township Special Board Meeting

May 30, 2023, 6:30 p.m.

The Webster Township Special Board Meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Supervisor John Kingsley on May 30, 2023 at the Webster Township Hall, 5665 Webster Church Road, Dexter, MI 48130. Members present: Supervisor John Kingsley; Clerk Barbara Calleja; Treasurer John Scharf; Trustees Shelly Vrsek, Jeff Harms, Dan Munzel, John Westman; Deputy Supervisor Rick Kleinschmidt; Deputy Clerk Donna Whitney and 4 citizens.

MOTION
to approve the agenda as amended adding Tribble Painting Quote as an agenda item and adding in public comment. Carried. MOTION to adopt Resolution 16-23, authorizing use of the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF). Carried. MOTION to accept the Tribble Painting Company estimate #5255 in the amount of $4828.07 to repair and paint garage door trim, and estimate #5256 in the amount of $576.24 to prep and paint 5 entry doors. Carried. MOTION to adjourn the meeting at 7:07 p.m. Carried.
