NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF AN AMENDMENT TO WEBSTER TOWNSHIP ZONING ORDINANCE
Ordinance No. 08-11 & Resolution No. 18-23 as adopted on June 20, 2023
At a regular meeting of the Township Board of Webster Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan, held at the Webster Township Hall on June 20, 2023 the following resolution was offered by Harms and supported by Munzel
An Ordinance to amend Section 2.2, Section 16.05, Section 16.20 and multiple sections of Article 9 of Webster Township Zoning Ordinance to keep standards clear and current.
Webster Township, Washtenaw County, Ordains:
- Article 2, section 2.10: Revised the definition for ‘Ordinary High-Water Mark (OHWM)’.
- Article 9, sections 9.10, 9.12, 9.15, 9.20, 9.25, 9.30, 9.35, 9.37, 9.40, 9.50: Added a reference to article 16 – Environmental Regulations for any additional applicable standards.
- Article 16, section 16.05. Amended to clarify intent statement
- Article 16, section 16.20: Amended in its entirety

Effective Date: This Ordinance shall take effect seven (7) days after publication of a notice of adoption unless referendum procedures are initiated under MCL 125.3402. If referendum procedures are initiated, this Ordinance will take effect in accordance with MCL 125.3402.
