NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON AN ORDINANCE TO EXTEND THE CITY’S FRANCHISE AGREEMENT WITH DIRECTV FOR TEN (10) YEARS

Notice is hereby given that the Dexter City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 14, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. at the Dexter City Hall, 3515 Broad St., Dexter, Michigan, for the purpose of hearing public comment regarding a proposed ordinance to extend the City’s franchise agreement with DirecTV for a period of ten (10) years. The format of the franchise agreement is governed by the Uniform Video Services Local Franchise Act (Public Act 480 of 2006).

A copy of the franchise agreement is available for public inspection at City Hall, 3515 Broad St., Dexter MI weekdays between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm and online at http://www.dextermi.gov.
