Scio Twp: PC Public Hearing on 8-14-23 for Rezoning 2.75 Acres

SCIO TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public meeting of the Scio Township Planning Commission will be held at the Scio Township Hall, 827 N. Zeeb Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan, on MONDAY, August 14, 2023 at 7:00 PM. . During this meeting the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the following matters:

1. Rezoning of approximately 2.75 acres from an existing 8.83 acres site from I-2 (General Industrial) to PUD (Planned Unit Development), HCBP Honey Creek Business Park, located on the east side of Zeeb Road, south of Jackson Road (currently vacant) to allow for a mixed-use office, retail, flex space and hotel. Details concerning the aforementioned matters may be examined at the Township Offices, 827 N. Zeeb Road by interested persons during office hours weekdays, between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

Any person having interest in said Township or their duly appointed representatives shall there and then be heard at the above described meetings or adjournment thereat relative to any matters that should come before the Planning Commission.
