NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
AMENDMENT TO GILBERT COMPANY,
3515 BROAD STREET “OLD MILL SITE”
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
Pursuant to Michigan Public Act 110 of 2006 (the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act), as amended, notice is hereby given that the City of Dexter Planning Commission will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at 7:00 pm., for the purpose of conducting a public hearing is to consider an amendment to the approved Gilbert Company Planned Unit Development Agreement. The public hearing will be held in City Council Chambers, located at 3515 Broad St, Dexter, MI, 48130.
The Dexter City Council is seeking an amendment to the Gilbert Company, 3515 Broad Street “Old Mill Site” Development Agreement to allow a portion of the building and site to be temporarily used as a fire station. The subject site is zoned PUD, Planned Unit Development Agreement, allows the building and site to be used for office and storages purposes.

Copies of the plans and application are available for public inspection at the City Offices, 3515 Broad Street, Dexter, MI 48130; weekdays between 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., but may also be viewed on the City’s website: www.dextermi.gov.
Public comment may be provided during the meeting, either in-person or virtually, submitted in writing at city offices, located at 3515 Broad Street, Mon-Fri 9:00 am to 5:00 pm or emailed to the Office of Community Development maniol@dextermi.gov. All comments must be received no later than close of business the day of the meeting.
