Approved the minutes of July 25, 2023, as amended.

Approved the payment of claims presented and accepted the previous check run report.

Authorized the Supervisor to Sign Participation Agreement for Opioid Settlement Funds.

Authorized the submission of application for .gov domain registration.

Adopted the Resolution to Authorize Acceptance of Certain Payments by Financial Transaction Device.

Waived conflict of interest for Miller Canfield law firm.

Approved Blank Slate Creamery Conditional Use Permit # 23008.

Adopted the Resolution to Establish Scio Township Meeting Hall as the Early Voting Site for the November 7, 2023 Special Election.

Approved an agreement with Plante Moran to provide Finance Director services.

Approved the offer of employment to Laurie Carey as Finance Assistant.

Authorized the expenditure of up to $118,470 from Parks and Pathways Fund to create public access to the Van Curler Preserve.

Approved up to $10,000 of General Fund fund balance to remove and dispose of discarded tires at the Wild-Frey Farm.

Directed the Manager and Supervisor to recommend whether the Township should use a realtor to sell the Wild-Frey Farm by the September 28 meeting.

Acknowledged and approved the use of Scio Township logo by the Downtown Development Authority on signage for the Jackson Road Boulevard.
