Adopted the Zoning Ordinance Amendment for Lithia PUD OA #23001.

Adopted the resolution to Confirm the Special Assessment Rolls for the Fire Services Special Assessment District.

Adopted the resolution to Call for an Annual Hearing to Consider the Proposed Expenses for Fire Services.

Adopted the resolution to Refund Surplus Assessment District Funds from Special Assessment District No. 2013-4.

Adopted the resolution to Refund Surplus Special Assessment District Funds from Special Assessment District No. 2013-3.

Approved Conditional Use Permit # 23010.

Authorized the Manager to apply to the Michigan Department of Treasury for reimbursement.
