TAKE NOTICE
On February 20, 2024, the Township Board of Dexter Township adopted an ordinance to amend the relevant portion of Article 29, Section 29.06(C)(4) to clarify standards for the Zoning Board of Appeals variance decisions. The effective date is March 13, 2024. Copies of the ordinance are available at dextertownship.org or at Dexter Township Hall at 6880 Dexter-Pinckney Road, Dexter, MI.
