TO: THE RESIDENTS AND PROPERTY OWNERS OF THE TOWNSHIP OF DEXTER, WASHTENAW COUNTY, MICHIGAN, AND OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS:

TAKE NOTICE
On February 20, 2024, the Township Board of Dexter Township adopted an ordinance to amend the relevant portion of Article 16, Section 16.12 to allow building coverage on parcels zoned Recreation Conservation up to 5% and Rural Residential or residential uses in the Agricultural Zoning District up to 10%. The effective date is March 13, 2024. Copies of the ordinance are available at dextertownship.org or at Dexter Township Hall at 6880 Dexter-Pinckney Road, Dexter, MI.
