SYNOPSIS SCIO TOWNSHIP REGULAR BOARD MEETING

Approved the minutes of the regular meeting of February 6, 2024.

Approved the payment of claims presented and accepted the previous check run report.

Approved replacing current internet service at Township Hall.

Approved installing internet service at the Fire Station.

Approved additional funds for printing and mailing Township newsletters through FYE 2024 and budget appropriation for FYE 2025.

Approved payment for printing and mailing election materials to voters.

Confirmed appointment of Judy Moenck to the Compensation Commission.

Called for a special meeting on March 19, 2024, at 6 pm to hear a presentation from the Fire Chief.

Approved appointment of Timothy Boggs to the Downtown Development Authority board.

Approved OHM to create technical and contract specifications for sewer cleaning and TV work.

Authorized conversion of Deputy Clerk position from 32-hours-per-week to a full-time position.
