Come Visit the Lakehurst Historical Society Museum

Museums they do not entomb the past they keep the past alive!

On the 3rd and 4th Sundays of each month at 12:30 to 3:00 PM, the Lakehurst Historical Society Museum at 300 Center Street in Lakehurst, NJ we will present an informational talk about the crash on May 6, 1937 of the Hindenburg Air Ship with artifacts and pictures available for viewing. Our Museum is open every Wednesday and Sunday from 12:30 to 3 PM. If you wish to get almost the same experience as you would get at the Navy Lakehurst Base, without all the problems of trying to get through the military gate, then come visit us! We will also present this same informational talk at your Woman’s Club, Men’s Club, Veterans Club, Girl and Boy Scouts Clubs and other meetings as well upon request. We will come to you. The talk is approx. 30 to 40 minutes long. Call LHSM @ 732-575-6904 or E-Mail @ BillSchmidt1000@aol.com (in New Jersey only)
