FREEDOM TOWNSHIP & LODI TOWNSHIP, MICHIGAN

AUGUST 2, 2022 PRIMARY ELECTION

To the qualified electors of Freedom Township & Lodi Township:

Notice is hereby given that a primary election will be held in Freedom Township & Lodi Township on Tuesday, August 2, 2022. The polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

at the following locations (all accessible for voters with disabilities):

FREEDOM TOWNSHIP:

Precinct 1 - Freedom Town Hall: 11508 Pleasant Lake Rd, Manchester, MI 48158

LODI TOWNSHIP:

Precinct 1 - Washtenaw Farm Council Grounds, Building A, 5055 Ann Arbor Saline Road., Ann

Arbor, MI 48103

Precinct 2 - Washtenaw Farm Council Grounds, Building A, 5055 Ann Arbor Saline Road, Ann

Arbor, MI 48103

Precinct 3 - Washtenaw Farm Council Grounds, Building A, 5055 Ann Arbor Saline Road, Ann

For the purposes of nominating a candidate to the following offices:

Governor, Rep in Congress 6th District, State Senator 15th District, State Senator 14th District, Rep in State Legislature 33rd district, Rep in State Legislature 47th district, County Commissioner 3rd
District, Delegate to county convention, Judge of 14A District Court

And the following Proposals for Lodi Township Precinct 3, Dexter Schools and

Freedom Township, Dexter School Voters:

Shall the limitation on the amount of taxes which may be assessed against all property in the Dexter Community Schools, Washtenaw and Livingston Counties, Michigan, be increased by and the board of education be authorized to levy not to exceed 1 mill ($1.00 on each $1,000 of taxable valuation) for a period of 20 years, 2022 to 2041, inclusive, for the purpose of providing funds for operating a system of public recreation and playgrounds; the estimate of the revenue the school district will collect for such recreation program if the millage is approved and levied in 2022 is approximately $1,441,238?
