LODI TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES REGULAR MEETING SYNOPSIS
June 6, 2023 6:21 P.M.

The meeting opened with the flag pledge at 6:21 pm. Seven board members were present.

The Consent Agenda was approved as presented. The consent agenda included the May 9, 2023

Board Minutes and May 31, 2023 Special Meeting Minutes, treasurer report, payment of bills, amendment

of the budget Washtenaw County Sherriff Report and the zoning report. There was no attorney report.

There was a short Planning Commission Report. Public comment was offered at 6:32pm. There were no

comments The agenda was approved as Presented with 2 additions to New Business. Old/Unfinished

Business: Watson Zoning Violation. New Business: approval of L4029, FOIA Policy updates, July

Meeting Date change to July 11th
at 6:30pm, Public Hearing for 7641 Ann Arbor Saline Road for July 11th

at 6:30pm, Storage Rental Special Use Application approved, Macke Fireworks for July 4th approved,

Direct Planning Commission to look at verbiage in PUD and tighten up definition of single-family

residence, printer purchase for deputy clerk approved, discussion of MTT 2 cases pending. Closed session

was entered at 6:47pm and entered back into Open Session at 6:50pm. The meeting adjourned at 7:36pm.

Next regular board meeting is July 11, 2023 at 6:30pm. The minutes may be viewed after approval, on the

Hall during regular business hours.
