BOARD OF TRUSTEES

The Lodi Township Board of Trustees will meet at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, September 5, 2023, at the Lodi Township Hall, 3755 Pleasant Lake Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan, 48103, to address a request by Red Equities, LLC to rezone eight parcels, totaling 106.7 acres, in the northwest corner of Section 1 of the Township from the current zoning R-3, Low-Density Multiple-Family Residential District to PUD, Planned Unit Development District including its request for Area Plan approval. Lodi Township Parcels: M-13-01-300-007; M-13-01-300-008; M-13-01-300-009; M-13-01-300-010; M-13-01-200-005; M-13-01-300-011; M-13-01-300-012; M-13-01-300-014. Written comments or questions will be received at the Lodi Township Hall during business hours 9:00 am to noon Monday through Thursday.
