Lodi Twp: Board Mtg Synopsis 9-5-23

LODI TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES REGULAR MEETING SYNOPSIS
September 5, 2023 6:00 P.M.

The meeting opened with the flag pledge at 6:00 pm. Seven board members were present. There was a  Public Hearing for the proposed rezoning application. The consent agenda was approved as presented.

The agenda was approved as presented with adding 3 bills for approval and removing the Comcast  Agreement from New Business. No old business. New Business: Rezoning request was tabled until  September 12, 2023 @ 6:30 pm, Zoning Amendment Ordinance #2023-004 was approved as presented  from the Planning Commission, Metro Act Extension approved, Storage Rentals of America major site  plan was approved, Litigation for Jason & Amy Miller approved, 3 additional bills approved. Next  meeting is a special meeting on September 12, 2023, at 6:30pm. Next regular scheduled board meeting is  October 3, 2023, at 6:30pm.
