Public hearing for a variance of Lodi Township Zoning Ordinance Section 42.003 Regulatory Flexibility in a PUD - Rear Yard Setback. To construct a pool 41’ from the rear lot line (9-foot variance), and a pavilion structure with brick pavers to be 13’ from the rear lot line (37-foot variance).
