Lodi Twp: Special Board Mtg Synopsis 11-7-23

LODI TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES

SPECIAL MEETING SYNOPSIS
November 7, 2023 6:00 P.M.

The meeting opened with the flag pledge at 6:00pm. Six board members were present, 1 member was  absent. Gravel Pit Reports were given by Township Engineer McNamara. Public Comment was received.

There was no Attorney Report and a short Planning Commission Report. No Old Business. New Business  agenda items: Miller Special Use application request to waive application fees, accept SAFD audit report,  approval of cemetery holiday decorations, approval of Metro Act application, approval of snow removal  contract, information on Washtenaw County Road Commission second agreement with the Township,  Discussion on StoneCo and Ann Arbor Sand & Gravel, approval of additional bill from CIB Planning.

There is a Special Meeting on November 16, 2023, at 6:30pm. Next regular scheduled board meeting is  December 5, 2023, at 6:30pm. The minutes may be viewed after approval, on the Lodi Township website  at (www.loditownshipMI.org) are available for review or purchase at the Township Hall during regular  business hours.
