LODI TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES

REGULAR MEETING SYNOPSIS
February 6, 2024 6:30 P.M.

The meeting opened with the flag pledge at 6:30 pm. Five board members were present, 2 members were absent. The Consent Agenda was approved as presented, there was no attorney report, there was a short  Planning Commission Report. There was no Public Comment. The agenda was approved as presented  with one addition to old business, and 5 additions to new business. Old Business: Ann Arbor Sand &  Gravel, Copperleaf Crossing. Agenda items: Accept Bill Lindemann’s resignation from the Township  Board, Appoint Janet Rogers to finish out Lindemann’s term, Set Budget Public Hearing for March 5, 2024  at 6 pm, Farm Lane Zoning Violation, 425 Agreement approval with the City of Saline, Resolution #2024- 002 approval of 2024-2025 Meeting Dates, approval of Resolution #2024-006 Investment Policy,  Appoint Township Attorney, Township Engineer & Township Planner, Appoint Bauer to ZBA as alternate  term ending 2026, appoint VanKoering to ZVA term ending 2027, appoint Dever to ZBA term ending  2027, appoint Sweetland to Planning Commission term ending 2027, approval of 6-month request for  Zoning Violation for Al Poission, approval of painting township interior by Alber Painting, approval of  #2024-003, Supervisor Salary, approval of #2024-004 Clerks Salary, approval of #2024-005 Treasurer  Salary, discussion of illegal living quarters at Cedar Ridge Equine Center, Approval of CIB Planning  Invoice. Next regular scheduled board meeting is March 5, 2024, at 6:00pm.
