LODI TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES

REGULAR MEETING SYNOPSIS
April 2, 2024 6:30 P.M.

The meeting opened with the flag pledge at 6:30pm. Seven board members were present, several members  of the public were present. The Consent Agenda was approved as presented, there was no attorney report,  there was a short Planning Commission Report. There was a short Public Comment. The agenda was  approved as presented with three additions to new business. Old Business: none. Agenda items:  StoneCo revised reclamation plan, approval of Saline Waterworks/Alber Road Culvert Agreement, 2024 Road projects were approved, 3600 Wagner Road zoning violation discussed, approval of 3 Zoning  Ordinance Amendments, approval of Re-Zoning application for 2000 Oak Valley, Re-Zoning of 2730 W.  Ellsworth Road tabled, Naebeck zoning violation discussed, Copperleaf Crossing update, approval of file Cabinet purchase, approval of litigation to move forward regarding Renaissance Farm, and discussion  Regarding Washtenaw Farm Council Grounds activities. Next regular scheduled board meeting is May 7,  2024, starting at 6:30pm.
