NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF TAX EXEMPTION ORDINANCE -MANCHESTER CROSSING I

ORDINANCE NO. 189

The City of Chelsea adopted Ordinance No. 189 on September 15, 2025, to add Article III. Tax Exemptions for Certain Housing Developments, Division III. Manchester Crossing I, Sections 12-161 through 12-172 to the City Code.

A copy of the Ordinance will be available on the City’s website www.city-chelsea.org or may be inspected at the City of Chelsea Offices, 305 South Main Street, Suite 100, Chelsea, Michigan 48118, during regular business hours, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm on Monday and 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, except for legal holidays.
