NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF TAX DEER FEEDING ORDINANCE

ORDINANCE NO. 191

The City of Chelsea adopted Ordinance No. 191 on October 6, 2025, to add Article V. Deer Feeding to Section 4. Animals to the City Code.

EFFECTIVE: 11/14/2025      

A copy of the Ordinance will be available on the City’s website www.city-chelsea.org or may be inspected at the City of Chelsea Offices, 305 South Main Street, Suite 100, Chelsea, Michigan 48118, during regular business hours, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm on Monday and 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, except for legal holidays.
