Invitation is hereby made to have qualified bidders submit bid proposals for the Series 1 BP03 Wylie Elementary School Addition located at Dexter Schools 2704 Baker Road, Dexter Mi 48909. Dexter Community Schools (DCS) requests proposals for Wylie Elementary School Addition for the 2025 Series 1 Bond Program.
Bid proposals are requested and will be received as a “single lump sum proposal” prior to 2:00 p.m., local time, on Thursday, March 5, 2026.
Granger Construction Company, the Construction Manager is providing bid documents to Bidders electronically without charge. BID DOCUMENTS ARE AVAILABLE AT THE FOLLOWING LINK: https://app.buildingconnected.com/public/5565f9b93ad9f70800b26d32. Interested firms should submit a digital/electronic copy of the bid proposal to Dexter Community Schools via the BuildingConnected website. Bids are to be submitted according to the detailed instructions in the RFP.
The Owner, Dexter Community Schools, reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to accept other than a low bid, and to waive informalities, irregularities and/or errors in proposals, which they feel is in their best interest.

All bids must contain a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship existing between the bidder or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Dexter Community Schools Board of Education and acknowledge compliance with the Michigan Iran Economic Sanctions.
All addenda will be posted to BuildingConnected. Each bidder shall ascertain, prior to submitting a bid, that they have reviewed all addenda issued and shall acknowledge such on the Bid Proposal Form. No addendum will be issued later than three (3) days prior to the date for receipt of bids except an addendum, if necessary, postponing the date for receipt of bids or withdrawing the request for bids.
