Public Hearings: Public hearing to amend Section 19.06(F)(1) to reduce the amount of time messages or images can be displayed on electronic message signs.

Recommendation to Township Board on proposed Zoning Ordinance amendment to Section 19.06(F)(1) to reduce the amount of time messages or images can be displayed on electronic message signs.
Election of Planning Commission Chair and Vice-Chair.

Draft zoning ordinance amendments may be viewed at the Dexter Township Hall during business hours (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Mon.–Thurs., excluding holidays). Information will also be available on the Planning Commission page of the Township’s website: https://www.dextertownshipmi.gov/planning-commission/ seven to ten days prior to the public hearing date.
Members of the public are welcome to attend the public hearing in person or by counsel to express their views on the proposed amendments. Written comments should be addressed to the Planning Commission, 6880 Dexter-Pinckney Road, Dexter, MI 48130, or sent via email to the Director of Planning and Zoning at [email protected]. All correspondence must be received by 12:00 PM (noon) on the public hearing date.
