Opening reception set for May 14 at Gallery 100 featuring quilted photographic works by fiber artist Charlotte Wyche
Gallery 100 presents Juxtaposition, an exhibition of quilted works by fiber artist Charlotte Wyche, on display May 12 through July 5. An opening reception will be held on May 14 from 6:30–8:00 p.m., offering guests the opportunity to meet the artist and experience the work firsthand.
Blending traditional quilting techniques with photographic inspiration, Wyche’s work explores the intersection of texture, image, and storytelling. Her quilted photographs invite viewers to experience familiar subjects in new ways, where fabric, stitching, and composition come together to create depth and dimension.

Each piece reflects hours of careful craftsmanship and creative planning, highlighting both technical precision and artistic expression. Through Juxtaposition, Wyche transforms everyday imagery into richly layered textile art that celebrates both the familiarity of photography and the tactile nature of quilting.
Gallery hours are Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
