Lima Township: Public Hearing 6-10-24

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing has been scheduled for Monday, June 10, 2024, during the Lima Township Board of Trustees Regular Meeting at 7:00pm. The purpose of the hearing is to hear a petition for a variance from the requirements in the Lima Township Private Road Ordinance, Ordinance No. 23,  for a proposed private road located on a parcel of land with parcel ID number G -07-12-200-003, otherwise known as 9283 Twin Oaks Drive. The hearing will be held at Lima Township Hall, 11452 Jackson Road Dexter, MI 48130. Those who wish to provide comment may come and speak at the hearing. Written comments may be submitted prior to hearing to P.O. BO 59 Chelsea, MI 48118.
