NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

ON PROPOSED AMENDMENT

TO THE

LIMA TOWNSHIP ZONING ORDINANCE

Notice is hereby given that the Lima Township Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing, for revisions to an amendment of the Lima Township Zoning Ordinance in accordance with the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act Public Act 110 of 2006, as amended.

The proposed revisions to text amendment is being requested by the Lima Township Planning Commission to add Section 5.58 – Principal Use (Large) Energy Facility.

The zoning text amendment will be considered by the Lima Township Planning Commission on Monday, September 22, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. Meeting to be held at the Lima Township Hall located at 11452 Jackson Rd, Dexter, MI 48130.

Signed, written comments concerning the text amendment will be accepted until 12:00pm on September 22, 2025. Comments may be addressed to the Lima Township Planning Commission, 12172 Jackson Rd, Dexter, MI 48130. Comments may alternatively be emailed to the Zoning Administrator at [email protected].
