NOTICE OF REGISTRATION

FOR THE SPECIAL ELECTION TO BE HELD ON

TUESDAY, AUGUST 4, 2026

TO THE QUALIFIED ELECTORS OF LODI TOWNSHIP:

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that any qualified elector of the Township of Lodi, who is not already registered, may register to vote at the office of their Township Clerk; the office of the County Clerk; a Secretary of State branch office, or other designated state agency. Registration forms can be obtained at mi.gov/vote and mailed to their Township Clerk. Voters who are already registered may update their registration at www.expressSOS.com.

The last day to register in any manner other than in-person with the local clerk is Monday, July 20^th, 2026.

After this date, anyone who qualifies as an elector may register to vote in person with proof of residency (MCL 168.497) at their Township Clerk’s office, located at the following location during the following hours:

Lodi Township (3755 Pleasant Lake Road, Ann Arbor, MI  48103):

• Regular business hours: M-TH from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
• Saturday, August 1, 2026, from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and Sunday, August 2, 2026, from 12:00pm to 4:00 pm
• Dropbox at Township Hall
• Election Day, Tuesday, August 4, 2026, from 7 am to 8 pm

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE – LODI TOWNSHIP Voters will be voting on the following on August 4, 2026:

Governor, U.S. Senator, Representative in Congress 6^th District, State Senator 14^th District & 15^th District, Representative in State Legislature 33^rd District, Township Supervisor (partial term), Delegates to County Conventions, Washtenaw Community College Operating Millage Renewal ($0.85 per $1,000 of taxable value), and  proposals for voters in these school districts: Saline Area Schools Sinking Fund Millage Renewal ($.03394 on each $1,000 of taxable valuation), Saline Area Schools Millage Renewal Proposal to Provide Funds to Operate a System of Public Recreation and Playgrounds ($.4850 per $1,000 of taxable valuation); Public Schools of the City of Ann Arbor Building and Site Sinking Fund Millage Renewal ($2.4031 on each $1,000 of taxable valuation); Saline District Library Millage Renewal Proposal ($.33 per $1,000 of taxable valuation).

To comply with the Help America Vote Act (HAVA), voting instructions will be available in audio format and in Braille.  All polling locations are accessible for voters with disabilities.
