SYNOPSIS OF JULY 2025 BOARD MEETING MINUTES

LYNDON TOWNSHIP – 17751 N. Territorial Road, Chelsea, MI 48118. Summary of Minutes – July 9, 2025—Meeting called to order at 7:00 PM. During Public Comment, a resident mentioned an event at Gee Farms, Stockbridge, MI. Items Approved: Agenda, Consent Agenda as Amended, Bills. Supervisor briefly addressed correspondence. Items Approved: Revised changes to the Planning Commission 2025-2026 Calendar; the Quote of $10,777 from Decker Agency for the 2025 Premium and have Linda Reily, Lyndon Township Clerk, sign as the Authorized Signature; Hourly rate of $25.00 for the Cleaning Staff; Remove Nichole Warner from all bank accounts, authorize signatures on accounts will be Kristen Brekke, Linda Reilly, and Jennifer Ridley.
