Items Approved: Agenda; Consent Agenda; Bills; Adopt Resolution No. 25-03 Exempting the Planning Commission from the Responsibility of Preparing the Capital Improvements Program; Adopt the Capital Improvement Plan for the Fiscal Years 2025-2030 to be Reviewed Annually; Approve the list of Budget Amendments Except for the Treasurer and Sugarloaf Utility. Reports given. The meeting adjourned at 8:29 PM. Summary of Special Minutes – June 16, 2025—Meeting called to order at 4:00 PM. No Public Comment. Budget Workshop. Discussion on handyman services and power washing quotes for Township Hall. The meeting adjourned at 4:55 PM. Summary of Special Minutes – June 23, 2025—Meeting called to order at 5:30 PM. During Public Committee, the Deputy Supervisor addressed the Senior Center, WAVE and the Senior Citizens Millage. Items Approved: Budget Amendment, dated June 10, 2025, Budget Amendment, dated June 23, 2025, for the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Budget; Supervisor’s salary of $34,703.00 for the Fiscal Year 7/1/2025 through 6/30/2026; Clerk’s Salary at $38,173.00 for the Fiscal Year 7/1/2025 through 6/30/2025; Treasurer’s salary of $34,703.00 for the Fiscal Year 7/1/2025 through 6/30/2026; Salary Authorization of $4,510.00 for each Trustee for the Fiscal Year 7/1/2025 through 6/30/2026 as amended; Approve the Millage Rates as Stated; General Appropriation of $1,282,259 for the Fiscal Year 7/1/2025 through 6/302026; July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026 Budget for Lyndon Township as amended; Approve Payment of the Fiscal Year End Bills; Meeting Schedule for the Township Board, Planning Commission, and the Zoning Board of Appeals and amended the Board Meeting Schedule date of March 11, 2026 to March 10, 2026; Quote from Shack Shine for an Amount Not to Exceed $1,397 and Do Not Include Cleaning the Exterior Windows; Township Board Approves Pam Byrnes, Supervisor, to Send a Letter of Support on Behalf of WAVE to the Washtenaw County Board of Commissioners.
