AN INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

Please take notice that pursuant to Public Act 198 of 1974, MCL 207.551 et seq. (“Act 198”), on September 10, 2025 the establishment of an industrial development district for tax parcels R-18-18-400002, R1818400-003, R-18-19-100-002 (commonly known as 11600 W Michigan Ave), R1818300002, R18-19-200-002, R-18-19-200-001, R-18-19-300-002, and R-18-19-100-001, containing approximately 575 acres of land located on Michigan Avenue and east of the Rustic Glen Golf Club. Under Act 198, establishment of the district would allow for filing of an application for industrial facilities exemption certificates for qualifying properties that are located in the proposed district.
