PLANNING COMMISSION
SPECIAL JOINT MEETING

The Scio Township Board of Trustees and Planning Commission met for the first meeting relative to review of the Master Plan. Per State law, the Township Master Plan is reviewed every five years. The Master Plan is a roadmap and vision intended to guide decision making through ordinances, site plan review, land use decisions, and related matters. The Planning Commission and Board of Trustees may determine that the plan does not need modification or may choose to amend it. The Planning Commission will move the Master Plan process forward to include scheduling public input.
