Approved regular meeting minutes of March 10, 2026, Special meeting minutes from March 16,
2026, March 17, 2026 and March 19, 2026.
Approved payment of the bills.
Accepted FOIA appeals.
Approved the successful completion of introductory period for Caitlin Scharer.
Authorized the Fire Department purchase of a firefighting skid unit from Kimtec Corporation for the
brush truck.
Authorized proposal for training on eight BS&A Financial Modules.
Approved public display fireworks at Herron Farms on July 4, 2026 with a rain date of July 5, 2026.
Approved fireworks for public display for Dexter Daze on August 7, 2026 at 8225 Dexter-Chelsea
Road.
Authorized Pipeline Management to clean and televise sections of sewer main in preparation for
Scio Townships sewer metering study.
Approved resolutions to name D.D. Marshall Preserve, Sloan Preserve, Mill Creek Farm and Preserve,
Van Curler Preserve, Lamplighter Preserve, Liberty Pond Nature Area, West Scio Preserve, Zeeb
Woods and Red Cedar Park.
Authorized addition of signers to the Scio Township Economic Development Corporation account at
Bank of Ann Arbor.
Adopted proposed resolution to adopt year end budget amendments for FYE26.
Accepted audit engagement letter for FYE26 from Rehmann, and to authorize the Supervisor and
the Clerk to sign.
Authorized OHM Consultants to design the pathway along the north side of Scio Church Road from
Upland Drive to Oak Valley Drive.
Authorized the additional and final payment for the completion of the Jackson Road Corridor Study.
Set a public hearing of the Board of Trustees for the purpose of considering the City of Dexter’s
request for Public Act 425 agreement, specifically part of tax parcel number H-08-07-300-002, on
April 28, 2026 at 6:00pm.
Authorized additional funds to cover costs exceeding the original contract amount for Nature’s Choice
Outdoor Services.
Reduced the Park Road engineering and construction budget.
Adopted the General Appropriations Act Resolution for FYE 2027.
Directed the Office Coordinator and Human Resources Manager to inform staff regarding the
requirements of licensure and the process to obtaining necessary licensure and to allow them to
express their interest in the potential interim Utilities Director position and/or apply for the open Utilities Director Position.
