Approved October 14, 2025 Regular Meeting minutes.

Authorized payment to Washtenaw County Hazardous Materials Response Team.

Authorized increase in funds for Nature’s Choice contracts.

Authorized expenditure for concrete repair related to manhole.

Authorized OHM Advisors to provide Design and Bid Phase Professional Services for the Jackson Road Force Main Air Release Valve Rehabilitation project.

Authorized OHM Advisors to provide Design and Bid Phase Professional Services for Jackson and Wagner Water Process Control Valve Vault Rehabilitation project.

Authorized OHM advisors to provide engineering services for a Sanitary Sewer Metering Study.

Adopted resolution to approve appeals of False Alarm Assessments.

Adopted resolution to Waive Fees for Late Filing Property Transfer Affidavits.

Adopted resolution to adopt Budget Amendments to the FYE26 Township Budget.

Approved an increase of UNUM short-term disability weekly benefit effective 11-1-2025.

Approved job description for the authorized position of Digital Records Clerk.

Approved a conditional offer of employment to Niki Timmons for the Finance Director Position.

Approved SP/DE#25011, Frito Lay in accordance with Section 36-180 of the Scio Township Zoning Ordinance.

Authorized expenditure for current coverage and additional hours with CTC Technologies for professional IT services through March 31, 2026.

Approved purchase of a one-year subscription of cloud storage and support.

Approved yearly Microsoft 365 license.

Approved purchase of Dell monitors and Logitech keyboard/mouse combos.

Expressed support through the Township’s lobbyists for the current proposal to backfill the SNAP benefits with state funds.

Approved request to apply for the SEMCOG “End-of-Life Sidewalks and Trails” one-time grant     opportunity for the purpose of repairs to the Zeeb Road Pathway.

Approved the 12-month Food Waste Pilot Outreach Program.

Adopted the Agreement for Services with the Loch Alpine Authority (LASA).

Accepted resolution in recognition of Rebecca Maute’s service.

Authorized funds under the current Washtenaw County Sheriff’s Office contract to provide deputy coverage at Township Board meetings.

Authorized expenditure of $175,000 for the purchase of land for preservation.

Approved payment of the bills.
