SCIO TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES

REGULAR BOARD MEETING

NOVEMBER 12, 2025, 7:00 pm

Approved minutes of October 28, 2025 Regular Meeting.

Approved credit card request form.

Authorized C&S Lawncare for snow removal and parking lot salting services for Fire Station 1.

Appointed Alex Thomas to the Roads Advisory Committee for a term ending June 30, 2029.

Approved SP/DE#25007 Victory HQ detail engineering plan in accordance with Scio Township Zoning Ordinance.

Authorized expenditure for the design of navigational signage throughout Scio Township’s parks and preserves to be completed by Carlisle Wortman.

Approved the Reporting Standards for Engineering Services monthly and to be submitted to the Scio Township Office Coordinator monthly.

Approved the payment of the bills.

Amended FYE 26 budget to increase expenditures for engineering and design fees for the Scio Church Road Pathway Project; with the expectation that Washtenaw County Parks and Recreation Commission will match these funds.

Extended the temporary Natural Area Technician positions to December 31, 2025.

Adopted the Board of Trustees FOIA Appeal Process resolution.
